In regards to the installation of the windows, everything went smoothly. We are extremely happy with the style of the windows and the way that they were installed. Every member of the crew was very accommodating and hard-working - especially Lawrence who was very detail-oriented and skilled. Paul oversaw the installation and was in touch with us throughout the process. He was also very helpful in attaining the Energy Star Rated stickers that we need for our audit in January. The project involved the supply and installation of a wide variety of window types in all shapes and sizes, to fit in either wood frame or masonry walls. A variety of stain and paint finishes, several patterns of custom leaded glass, prefinished wood moldings to match existing profiles and screens to meet the Owner's requirements were provided. A key element in the Architectural and design industry is acquiring the expert team and that JD Design I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with outcome of our project in Richmond Hill. mainly due to how nice the Ridley windows improved the look of the building. We look forward to our next project together Esto Construction When people come into our kitchen they immediately go to the windows and ooh and aah about the style of the fine muntin bars and the quality of the antique brushed brass hardware. The interior wood painted double glazed casements are a wonderful match to the old 1870's windows and the exteriors are low maintenance. The doors and transoms with double locking hardware are stunning in a dark blue green finish against the old brick. Our salesman was there when we needed him, was accommodating and even fixed the door hardware when we had a problem. We highly recommend Ridley Windows. Our salesman, Craig Barrett was extremely knowledgeable about the product and helpful in tailoring the style and functionality of every window and door throughout the house (including the rollup screens in the front window). The detailed brickwork around the garden doors where there had been a window makes them look like they have always been there. Overall we are vey happy with our decision to use Ridley.
